OUR 30-DAY HAPPY-PET GUARANTEE
If you or your pet aren't happy with a purchase, we'll make it right. Every Wendell & Bone order is covered by a 30-day guarantee, starting the day your order is delivered.
WHAT'S COVERED
• Not the right fit? Contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
• Damaged or defective items are replaced free of charge — just send us a photo of the issue within 30 days of delivery.
• Order never arrived? If tracking shows your order is lost in transit, we'll reship it or refund you in full.
HOW TO START A RETURN
1. Email us at shopsjb@outlook.com (or use our contact page) with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We'll reply within 1 business day with instructions. Items should be unused and in their original packaging unless they arrived damaged or defective.
3. Once your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
A FEW NOTES
• For hygiene reasons, opened consumable items can't be restocked, but they're still covered by the guarantee if there's a quality issue.
• Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility; damaged, defective, or incorrect items are always on us.
