ORDERS & PRICING
• All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise shown at checkout.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example, suspected fraud or pricing errors). If we cancel an order after payment, you receive a full refund.
• Promotional discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We work to describe our products accurately. Product images are illustrative; minor variations in color or packaging can occur. Our products are pet accessories and care tools — they are not veterinary devices, and nothing on this site is veterinary advice. If your pet has a health condition, consult your veterinarian.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
