SHIPPING POLICY
We ship to the United States and Canada. Every order includes tracking, emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
DELIVERY TIMES
• United States — US-warehouse items: 2–5 business days after processing. Products stocked in our US warehouse are marked on their product page.
• United States — standard items: 8–15 business days after processing.
• Canada: 8–18 business days after processing.
SHIPPING COST
Shipping is free on all US orders. Canadian shipping rates (if any) are shown at checkout before you pay.
DELAYS
Occasionally carriers experience delays beyond our control (weather, customs, peak season). If your order hasn't arrived within the window above, contact us and we'll track it down — and if it's lost in transit, we'll reship or refund it under our 30-Day Happy-Pet Guarantee.
